Frequently Asked Questions

How can I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can call or text us at 501-242-9003, or email us at [email protected]. Due to our appointment schedule, it is likely we may not be able to answer our phone right away. Feel free to leave a message, and we will return your call within 24 hours. For this reason, texting or emailing is sometimes easier.

What areas do you provide services for?

We provide services for the following cities/towns and surrounding areas:

-Clinton, Fairfield Bay, and surrounding areas in Van Buren County
-Conway, Greenbrier, Mayflower, and surrounding areas in Faulkner County
-Russellville, Atkins, Dover, and surrounding areas in Pope County
-Dardanelle and surrounding areas in Yell County
-Morrilton and surrounding areas in Conway County

If your area is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We may still be able to accommodate you!

What do I need to do before my scheduled appointment?

If you are a new client, we will get information from you to either email or text you a new client form. This form would need to be filled out preferably 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to gather any information and/or records needed for your appointment. If it is not feasible to fill out the form online, just let us know! We can bring a paper copy to the appointment.

We ask that you confine your pet to a small room or area before we arrive so that we can efficiently use our allotted time. Sometimes it is also easier if cats are placed in a carrier so they are not tempted to hide.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or debit/credit cards.

What services do you provide?

Since we are mobile, we focus on providing routine wellness veterinary care to dogs and cats. This includes vaccines, parasite testing, microchips, and non-urgent care for minor skin, ear, and eye issues. Please note we are NOT an emergency service and do NOT provide care for sick patients. Contact your non-mobile veterinarian if you have a medical emergency with your pet.
Please see our Services and Pricing page for more details.

How can I purchase heartworm or flea and tick prevention since you are mobile?

We do carry a supply of certain preventative products on the vehicle with us. This includes TriHeart, Bravecto, and ProHeart injections for dogs, and Revolution Plus for cats. We can deliver these to you when we are in your area. Just let us know if you would need this service.
We are limited in space, so we do not carry all products available. If you are interested in other products, we do have an online pharmacy that these can be ordered from and shipped right to your door!

What do I do if I have a medical emergency with my pet?

We do not offer emergency services. If you have an emergency, please click here for a list of emergency clinics. Please note these clinics may be 24-hours clinics or just have extended hours. You would need to contact them directly to determine if they are seeing patients at the time you need them.
